What kinds of potatoes do you have?

Depending on the season, we have the following varieties:
- Goldrush, an early russet with low specific gravity & great flavor
- Norkotah, a very uniform russet, looks and bakes great
- Yellow flesh, waxy, creamy texture
- Norland Red, best for salads
- Imported Florida, California, Texas and Arizona Reds, Whites, and Russets, May through July

Who can buy from Okray Family Farms?

We sell to individuals and businesses alike in minimum 50# units. The best buy is a 50# bag of Utility potatoes, also called “Pick-outs”.

You can also buy restaurant sized potatoes in 50# cartons.

What hours are you open?

Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Saturday 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon
