What kinds of potatoes do you have?

Answer:
Depending on the season, we have the following varieties:
- Goldrush, an early russet with low specific gravity & great flavor
- Norkotah, a very uniform russet, looks and bakes great
- Gem Russet, a newer veriety that has a higher gravity, more solids
- Early White Superior, usually only for the first month or two of harvest
- Norland Red, best for salads and even baked
- Florida Reds, after the Wisconsin's are gone
- California Long White, in season - May through July 10
- California Russet, in season

Who can buy from Okray Family Farms?

Answer:
We sell to individuals and businesses alike. We sell 5# or 10# bags up to 100# bags. The best buy is a 50# Utility (or Pickout).
You can also buy restaurant sized potatoes in 50# cartons or 20# bags.

What hours are you open?

Answer:
- October 20th to July 20th
Monday through Friday - 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. - Saturday - 8:00 A.M. to 11:30
- July 20th to October 19th
Monday through Friday - 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. - Saturday - 8:00 A.M. to 11:30
