Okray Family Farms grows approximately 7000 acres of crops and maintains about 600 acres of wooded land in Central Wisconsin. The crops map and rotation schedule are planned during the winter months and planting of potatoes will begin about the 10th of April. We hope to finish planting the potatoes and move on to planting other crops by the 10th of May.

Harvesting of the potatoes will begin about the 15th or 20th of July with some Early White Superior potatoes. Russet and Red potatoes begin to be harvested about the 5th of August. Storing potatoes will start the end of August to the 10th of October.
